Dr. Young and his dedicated team, including Shayna as the office manager, Devin as the receptionist, and Camilla and Arlet as Dr. Young's assistants, have been absolutely amazing. I had a uncomfortable pain because of my new braces, I texted the clinic 7pm at night and they asked me to go to the clinic the next morning to get it fixed, I said I have work at 10am so they scheduled me at 8:45am.

Shayna made this process so much easier sending me info I’ll need before coming into the office . She definitely keeps in touch reminding me of the things I totally forgot to do on my end . Dr Young was so fast and amazing . He does not beat around the bush gives it straight to you how long it will take to fix your teeth and get that smile you always wanted . The entire office atmosphere is welcoming and very comforting my 4yr old was being fussy and here comes Dr Young asking her to pick which stuff animal she wanted from a variety of characters!!!! We have been going to Dr Young for many years with multiple family members in need of braces. Dr Young is fantastic!  He is kind and funny and has helped our kids feel at ease when changing or checking their teeth. The office staff, shayna and Devan has always been quick to respond with our questions. District Ortho is extremely professional and flexible.  Their pricing is the best I could find for the service they offer. 10/10 would highly recommend doing your Invisalign treatment with Dr. Young! He listened to what I didn’t like about my smile and got the perfect treatment that suits me. Also the assistants Arlet and Camille are so caring and gentle when it comes to fixing/adjusting anything on my teeth. Let’s not forget about the front desk ladies! Shayna and Devon also greet me with such beautiful smiles. They are so knowledgeable and clear when it came to talking about prices and insurance. Honestly, this is a 5-star orthodontist. Starting from the front desk to everyone in the dentist, I have had the best experience ever; they are the best, they are professional and love their work, and they are friendly. The warm welcome you get at the entrance is rejuvenating. It is hard to get places like this. Kudos, guys, you are doing a fantastic job and making a difference in people’s lives.
